This is a Repetto drum-shaped bag with side ribbons. The entire bag is made of dark navy denim, and it's an older model that is no longer sold. The Repetto lettering is pink gold, and there is a small pocket inside. See image 3 (it looks black due to the way the photo was taken, but it's actually dark navy denim). It's very light, and the handles are thick, so it's easy to carry on your shoulder without hurting! I bought it for ballet lessons and used it twice, but it's in good condition and very clean. It's no longer sold, so if you like Repetto, why not?
