This is a set of large, medium, and small plates (one of each) from a Blue Imari cup & saucer set, purchased 52 years ago from an antique shop next to Kiddyland in Harajuku Omotesando. Large plate: 23.4cm diameter, Medium plate: 19.3cm diameter, 4cm depth, Small plate: 16.5cm diameter (measured at home) I've forgotten the name of the antique shop, but it seemed to be popular with foreigners (I went to Harajuku two years ago, but the shop was no longer there). The Blue Imari was originally sold as a table set. It was a foreign specification, with everything coming in sets of six (cups & saucers, soup plates, curry plates, etc.). I loved the color and pattern of the Blue Imari and enjoyed using them, but since I had six of each item, I didn't use them all. Some were kept unused at home, but with the time for decluttering, I've let go of most of the items. This is the last item I'm listing. The large and small plates (cake plates?) are almost unused, but the medium plate has some depth, so I used it as a curry plate, but it was only one of six, so it wasn't used very often. Please consider these as used items, as they have been stored at home and are of a certain age. Recommended for those who love antiques and those who appreciate the taste of Blue Imari.
