This is a bow tie blouse from United Arrows. The slim, simple tie provides a perfect accent without being too flashy. It's also cute when tied in a ribbon. The color is white, but it's not pure white; it's a gentle off-white color. ^_^ It has been worn only a few times and hand-washed. It's in very beautiful condition with little sign of wear.
