I don't know the exact purchase date or specifications, but it's a fairly old model. It's an Asian fit, designed to fit the nose well. The lenses have been replaced, and I believe they are iridium mirror lenses? (A light yellow mirror). The original lenses (pink mirror lenses) have scratches on the back, but I will include them. A goggle case is also included as a bonus. There are no tears in the sponge. I don't think there are any issues with use. It shows signs of use, but I think it's reasonably clean. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
