This is a reversible sukajan (souvenir jacket) from Tailor Toyo. Front: Navy design featuring a Hannya mask and autumn leaves. Back: Gold design featuring Mount Fuji and a castle. This is the same design worn by Yoshiki Yamada, who played Murayama Yoshiki in the movie "HiGH & LOW THE WORST". There are some minor stains, loose threads typical of satin fabric, and some pilling on the ribbing and neckline, but they are not very noticeable, so the condition is good.
