I have never actually used this item. I have been displaying it in my china cabinet at home. Since it has been stored at home, I am listing it as "Like New." Also, when listing the item, I have performed a simple cleaning, but there may be some remaining dirt, wiping marks, or limescale. This item has been handled by someone else. If you don't mind that, it's a great bargain compared to a new item. Please understand that this item has been stored at home before purchasing. I am also listing a sugar pot and creamer from the same series.
