Unused. Mounting screws, etc. are also included. I purchased a set for both sides, but I only installed the left side, so I'm selling the right side only. Originally, I believe you're supposed to attach one black spacer (as shown in the 8th photo) to each side, but I've attached two to the left side. Therefore, this sale is only for the item without the spacers. You may need to obtain them at a hardware store if needed. The photos from the 4th one onwards are examples of installation, so the bicycle itself and the bag are not included.
