The previous owner, a non-professional, has altered the costume, which was originally made by a professional. It can be worn as is, but some alterations or modifications are necessary. The cell phone is made of acrylic paint on a board. The inner lining was sewn in, so the previous owner cut it off and secured the edges with fabric tape. The sleeves have been reattached by hand and have some fraying. The black inner is a mock turtleneck with the neck and sleeves cut off, made to look the part.
