Thank you for viewing. I unearthed this while sorting through my parents' home. I would like to sell it to a collector. The image is of a commemorative stamp for the 10th anniversary of the founding of Manchukuo (the Empire of Manchuria). This stamp was issued in 1942 (Kangde 9). The face value is "10 fen". The stamp features the characters "Manchukuo Post" and the "Orchid Crest," the national emblem of Manchukuo. The building depicted is the "Manchukuo Imperial Palace," the temporary residence of the Emperor of Manchukuo. It is old, so there is some deterioration due to age, but I don't see any tears or damage.
