This is a gathered skirt with an ethnic pattern in white and black, with silver glitter accents scattered throughout. There's no tag, but it's probably 100% cotton. It has a white lining that's about half the length, which appears to be synthetic (see photo 4). The waist is elastic, and unstretched it measures approximately 68cm.
