I purchased this from an antique shop in Kurashiki about 20 years ago. It has been useful as a serving bowl and decorative bowl, but I have been storing it as the number of people using it has decreased. From the time I purchased it, there were scratches and fine marks around the pomegranate pattern on the inner bottom of the vessel due to use. I don't think it will affect its use. There is also one crack (photo 10). There are also scratches made during production and firing, and dents on the inside of the foot. Please check these fine details in the photos.
