These are green moleskin work pants I purchased from a vintage clothing store in Europe almost 10 years ago. The fabric is a thin moleskin. Green moleskin itself is rarely seen, so I think it's very rare. There was a slight sun-fading on the back from when I bought it, but I don't think it's very noticeable in terms of color.
