These are knee-length spats for children. The fabric is more substantial than other items I've listed. I believe I purchased these from a ballet supply website. My son used these as ballet wear. As shown in the last photo, unlike the top wear, these are made of cotton, so there is some wear and pilling. There is also some fading. However, they are easy to move in, and my child preferred these over smoother materials.
