This is a Miki House top. Off-white with pink dots. Pink stitching around the collar adds a cute accent. The Rina-chan on the chest is also a highlight. It's a short-sleeved T-shirt. There are faint stains on the chest and back, so it's listed as slightly damaged. I haven't tried bleach or anything with regular washing.
