There are scratches. This has not been used as a toilet. My dog only goes to the bathroom outside, and has slept in this a few times, like a bed. If you are concerned about scratches or dog hair, or if you are sensitive or looking for something in new condition, please refrain from purchasing. Price is valid until the 16th. No price reduction.
