The very large lace collar is incredibly cute and elegant. It's adorable worn under a cardigan or jumper skirt. There's no quality tag, but it's 100% cotton, and the collar is made of a wrinkle-resistant material. I've worn it twice and stored it at home, so please be aware that the elastic in the cuffs feels a little stretched out.
