Purchased new several years ago and stored at home with almost no use. When I first bought it, the leather was stiff and wouldn't fold, making it unusable. It took a long time to break it in, and the corners of business cards would get bumpy when inserted into the card slots. I spent several days inserting a stack of thick paper to shape it, then folded it and put heavy books on it to flatten it. It took a long time before it was usable. By the time it was ready to use, the alternative business card holder I was using became my main one. I rarely used this one, and now I have no need for it, so I'm selling it.
