I bought this adorable hat before my baby was born, but they grew so quickly that it became a little too small by the time I wanted to put it on them. I only used it once or twice. The size is 40-42cm, suitable for newborns to 3-month-olds. There are no noticeable scratches or stains to the untrained eye, but please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
