This is a Charango made in 2000. The pegs and strings have been replaced. There are scratches, dents, and fine cracks in the varnish, but there are no problems with playing. It has a dry, good tone. I can't confirm the exact materials, but the fingerboard is ebony. The body doesn't appear to be jacaranda based on the smell and grain, but it might be different.
