I purchased this in London over 40 years ago. I bought it for guests, but I never had the chance to use it, so it's been sitting unused. Although it's unused, it has been stored away, so there is some slight deterioration on the edges of the stoppers for the salt and pepper shakers. I don't think it will affect use.
