Although it is not an official military-issued item, it was sold at the PX (post exchange) within the US military. Made of a moderately thick cotton and polyester blend, it has a warm and comfortable fleece lining. The hood is made of two panels, which helps the hood stand up nicely. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to items that have been stored at home. There are no smokers or pets in the house.
