I bought this a few years ago, but it didn't fit in my refrigerator, so it's unused. I put water in it once, but then washed, dried, and stored it. Includes one filter. It's a genuine product purchased from an online store. The box is damaged, so it's not included. I will pack it with bubble wrap for shipping. There's a stain on the lid from the beginning that won't come off even when wiped. Color: The lid is white, and the bottle is transparent. It seems to be plastic, not glass.
