This is a clear file. It's a novelty item from NEC. It has a status display guide for Japanese office printers printed on it. Size: 21cm x 29.5cm (Please allow for some margin of error.) I believe it's from the end of the Showa era to the beginning of the Heisei era. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but it's old, so there are some minor scratches.
