This is an OEM product of Ergotron. I purchased it in August 2023 and used it until December 2024. I don't think there were any particular problems. The accessories are as shown in the photos. Supports monitors up to 32 inches and up to 11.3 kg. VESA standards: MIS-D, MIS-C (VESA with 100x100mm and 75x75mm spacing) compatible.
