I've worn these about 5 or 6 times, combined, last year and this year. The waist was loose, so I adjusted the elastic. You can return it to its original size by removing the stitching, but I'll sell it as is. The cuffs were originally sewn at both ends. They were cute and had a sarouel-like fit.
