The tag is missing, but it is likely a SUN SURF item, a Paraka shirt made by "Musashiya Shoten," a company operated by Junichi Fujii Shoten in Hawaii in the late 1940s. (My apologies if this is incorrect) The buttons are bamboo buttons with a great atmosphere. There is a stain around the right shoulder. The fabric is sturdy, so it should still be wearable.
