This is the ELAice neck cooler, the iFan Collar Plus II. It is new and unused, but as shown in photos 3 and 4, the outer box is torn at the opening. There is also a slight dent in the plastic tray inside, but the product itself has no scratches or damage. I am also listing other new, unused items with intact outer boxes.
