Hook the front hook onto the shoelaces to secure the front. The back of the 20 x 5cm Velcro is adhesive. Cut it out with scissors and stick it to the heel of the shoe to secure the back of the gaiter. If you run a rubber string through the arch of the shoe and sew it to the gaiter, the Velcro on the heel may not be necessary. The corresponding shoe size is 25.5~27.5cm, but it seems like it could accommodate an additional 1~2cm.
