This is a discontinued hanging holder. It's unused, but it's been taken out of the bag. There are no index tabs. There are some marks on the edges, but they're not very noticeable. You can sort and manage documents by hanging them in a box, and because the width is more flexible than a regular file, you can prevent documents from being lost or overlooked. The box is not included.
