I always use this backpack when solo riding on forest roads. It can hold the bare essentials for rides of 50km to 90km, even in autumn, and your back doesn't get sweaty. Unlike hiking packs, it's easy to store a pump and puncture repair kit, and the side pockets can fit a Nalgene 500ml bottle (though it's a bit tight). Helmet can also be attached. Hydration can also be stored from the back. The waist belt is just webbing tape to prevent side-to-side movement. Also, the chest strap is magnetic, which is really convenient! It can be attached and detached 【with one hand】. As far as I know, this is the best bike pack. If I were to point out a drawback, it's that the mesh back panel design makes the capacity a bit small... It's listed as 12L, but I think it's closer to 10L. There is some margin of error in the capacity itself! I've ridden over 2000km on forest roads with this backpack. It has been thoroughly cleaned before listing. I remember applying waterproof spray to the rain cover, but I recommend applying waterproof spray again if you have some before using it.
