Worn once, then washed and stored. In good, clean condition. The tank top part is stretchy, and the skirt part is flared, making it loose and cute. The skirt part has lining all the way to the hem. One side of the collar tag is frayed. It's difficult to specify the color, but I think it's a dark navy, close to black.
