These are clear sunglasses with photochromic lenses, suitable for road bikes and cycling. They are very useful when riding in the early morning or at night. I myself use them and have used them quite a bit. I have been using them without any problems. When exposed to ultraviolet light, they become lightly smoked, turning a just-right shade of light black. They are also helpful when riding through tunnels.
