Both the rod and reel have been used a few times. They have not been placed directly on the ground. The reel body has not been washed with water. (The spool has been washed with water and dried in the sun.) Wiped down with a tightly wrung towel, CRC applied to the screws, and wiped clean. There are no visible scratches as far as I can see. Rod bag, reel outer box, and instruction manual are included. I bought them for Spanish mackerel fishing, but I didn't catch any. They are a rod and reel capable of easily lifting a mackerel of about 40cm. I will not sell them separately. Thank you for looking.
