I purchased this several years ago and wore it for events like the Hatsumiyamairi (first shrine visit for a newborn) and entrance ceremonies. It's still in good condition, and I hope someone will wear it. The bottom is a short-sleeved dress. It has a fluffy skirt and is very cute. The skirt color is, I believe, a dark navy. The jacket is off-white.
