The shirt opens with Velcro closures on buttons 2-7 and the cuffs (see image 7), except for the first button. The front closure is the standard men's style (left over right). Prepared for a parent's nursing home entry due to difficulty with hands, but they fully recovered during rehabilitation in the hospital and didn't use it after wearing it once. Since the facility uses a dryer, there are some small pills and a slightly worn look due to the characteristic fuzziness of flannel, but there are no stains or damage.
