The grip is removable. It's designed to hold bills with the grip. When opened, half of the bills are visible, which I think makes it easy to count them when taking them out. It has a wild feel to it (^^) I don't use it very often. There may be some minor scratches, but it's in relatively good condition. The color is similar to the first image, but a bit brighter. It's a light camel color.
