A psychological suspense film directed by Kazuya Shiraishi, who directed "Kyōaku" and "Korō no Chi," based on the novel "Shikei ni Itaru Yamai" by Riu Kushiki. A letter arrives to Masaya, a university student who is having a depressing time, from Hazumura, the perpetrator of a series of murders that shocked the world. Hazumura, who was arrested for 24 counts of murder and sentenced to death, ran a bakery in Masaya's hometown at the time of the crime, and Masaya, who was a middle school student, often visited the shop. In the letter, Hazumura admits to his crimes, but claims that the last case was a false accusation and asks Masaya to prove that there is another perpetrator. Masaya, who begins to investigate the case on his own, arrives at a truth that is more cruel than he could have imagined. Starring Sadao Abe from "Kanojo ga Sono Na o Shiranai Toritachi" and Kenshi Okada from "Nozomi," with Takanori Iwata and Miho Nakayama co-starring.
