I bought size 40 because size 39 was sold out at the time, but I was able to wear them without any problems, so I think you can wear them even if the size is slightly different ☺︎ I've worn them about twice, but because of the material and color, scratches and stains tend to be noticeable, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details.
