This is a lovely plate I purchased at an antique market. The chrysanthemum design is adorable, and I couldn't resist bringing it home. If you imagine the two circles on the chrysanthemum as eyes, it looks like it's peeking out at you. I was told it was made by an artist, but there are no markings, so I couldn't identify the specific artist. There are no noticeable scratches or chips. It's in beautiful condition with no scuffs.
