The main LCD appears to have scratches, but these are on the protective sticker, so the screen itself is clean. The frame has some scratches. Battery life is poor, but there are no operational issues. Five points of caution: * The rubber cover for the power port on the main unit has come off and is slightly loose. * The back cover is slightly loose. * The camera glass surface has deteriorated, so photos may not be very clear. * The desktop holder does not seem to make contact and does not power on. Please charge directly by connecting to the main unit. * Warranty and other documents containing personal information will be disposed of. (The warranty period has expired.)
