This is a circular skirt with a generous amount of fabric and a rose pattern. It was custom-made by the overseas tailor, hearts&found, and I imported it personally. The waist is not elastic, so it should fit those who usually wear sizes 5 to 7 (Japanese sizes) perfectly! The lining has a few wrinkles, but it's cotton, so they should come out with ironing if you're concerned.
