This is a set of 19 dinosaur figures. I'm not sure where they were made, but I bought them when my child was young and have kept them ever since. The three fluorescent-colored ones are probably from a different series. They likely include a Tyrannosaurus Rex, Therizinosaurus, Stegosaurus, Parasaurolophus, etc... The quality is exquisite, and they should be perfect for children to play with. The largest ones are about 18cm long. They are clean with no stains or damage.
