The tulle part is a bit hazy in places, but it's hard to notice unless you look closely. See photo 5. I thought it was a no-brand item, but it says "La scene privee"!! The size is listed as M, but as shown in the photos, the waist is 67cm and the hips are 93cm. I've accumulated too many skirts, so I'm selling this one!! It's a refreshing and cute skirt!
