This appears to be a German military jacket from the 1950s-60s. I wore it as an overcoat over a denim jacket and the U.S. NAVY Fleece ECWCS GEN2 that I have for sale. I bought it at a military surplus vintage clothing store in Osaka, and it had various issues from the time of purchase, but I wore it without concern, considering it part of the vintage aesthetic. I think it's still perfectly wearable. If you're concerned about appearance, I recommend replacing the buttons. It doesn't have a liner, but I used a US NAVY Polartec as a liner. Please check the photos for the condition. Condition: The second button from the top is split in half. The third and fifth buttons are not the original buttons. The sixth button is missing. The inner pocket is torn, but all the outer pockets are usable. The right cuff adjustment button is missing one. The zipper is AAA, and opens and closes without issue. There are no pet or tobacco smells or stains.
