This is a chiffon blouse with an all-over pattern. It might be hard to tell in the photos, but the cuffs and the front placket have double frills, and it comes with a short bow tie. It's easy to pair with both pants and skirts. It's slightly sheer, but the fluffy feel is also cute. The thread on the top button is a little loose, but I can reattach it if you wish.
