This is a 21FW special order coverall from kontor × ets.materiaux. 《KONTORforETS.MATERIAUX》 This coverall is a completely custom order, using a softly twisted katagiri material that Director Kaneko of Materiaux was focusing on. The structured silhouette is a distinctive feature, with designer George approaching military and workwear, which are the roots of Materiaux, from a different perspective. Using organic yarn, the generally thick-count material often has a rough, coarse texture, but this katagiri material is woven with softly twisted yarn, aiming for a slightly refined luster and a touch that isn't too harsh. Both the design and the fabric are special specifications. While retaining the functional aspects of a coverall, it has been updated to a more modern garment. The classic four patch pockets remain, but the seams are straight lines. Topstitching creates a design accent, giving a structured impression.
