★Please read the notes in my profile before purchasing. This is a traditional handmade bamboo basket made by the Lahu people, an ethnic minority living in the mountainous regions of Thailand. It has a durable double-layered construction with different weaving patterns on the inside and outside. Originally used for storing grains and vegetables, as well as clothing and household items. It has legs to prevent moisture and humidity from the rainy and dry seasons. It has been several decades since it was purchased, and it is a rare item as the number of craftsmen who can make them is decreasing. After purchase, it has been stored at home for many years, so I wiped off the dust, but there may be some parts that could not be completely removed due to the structure.
