This is a Takara Tomy Drift Package Nano. It's the Shinkou Shissou Set Toyota Corolla Levin (AE86). In my subjective opinion, the body etc. are clean, but it doesn't work. The charging lamp lights up. Would anyone who can fix it, or who needs it for parts, be interested? Batteries are not included.
