This is a handwritten colored paper. Tomohiko Horie (March 13, 1907 - June 28, 1988[1]) was a Japanese calligrapher and scholar of calligraphy history. Born in Tokyo. His pen name was Shūgiku. He graduated from Waseda University with a degree in Japanese literature. He worked at the Tokyo National Museum from 1934 to 1969. After that, he served as a professor at Nishogakusha University until 1982. He conducted appraisals of old manuscripts and research on Yaichi Aizu.
