This is a short-sleeved, striped dress from The Duffer of St. George. The colors are a mix of off-white (like a natural color) and blue. I purchased this a few years ago from Magaseek. The length is around knee-length. It contains 50% cotton, so I think it will be cool to wear. The sleeve cuffs are folded over, which is cute. There is a string at the waist, allowing you to adjust the length by tightening it.
